基本上,只要有走路就会消耗热量,但如果要达到运动效果,就要采取快走方式,速度比散步快、但比小跑步慢,若只是要有运动的感觉,每周3次,每次快走10-15分即可,若是要达到瘦身效果,次数可增至每周5-7次。
